Residents validated in the time we have contacted to find out what it meant to the Order made Prefectural December 6, 2010 by the Regional Prefect Dominique BUR.
This Order is made in consideration of the law of 03.08.2009 on the implementation of the Grenelle Environment, pursuant to Article L111.1 of Town Planning Code.

So all acts that require a planning, a building permit, a permit to construct located in zone D are opposing a stay.
The County then asked Reseau Ferre de France (RFF) if the request can succeed. Latter depending on the position of work in relation to the path are in agreement or not.

This stay of proceedings is valid for 10 years if the performance of 6/12/10 Public Works or the accomplishment of the development operation was not performed.
