RFF: the final demarcation of LGV should be validated by year-end
At his wishes this Friday, January 28, Christian Dubost, Regional Director of Réseau Ferré de France (RFF) has compiled an inventory of major projects in 2011 and their timing.
The year 2011 promises to be decisive with the route selection of the high-speed Bordeaux - Toulouse at the end of the year.
Dixit Mr. Dubost on the A62 variant: " An application study complementary was also made by Jean-Louis Borloo (Minister for Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea), and Dominique Bussereau (Secretary of State for Transport). Underway, it is a feasibility study of a variant of the route closest to the A62 motorway in the southern part of Campsas in Toulouse. An alternative advocated notably by the Union for the Protection of Villages. "
Perhaps we could clarify to Mr. Dubost, qu'USV held on Thursday 27 January at Saint-Jory a public meeting where he has seemed, given the stakeholders and their discourse, rather than this small group involved in sabotage of the HSL project to the defense of an alternative to Zone D.
François Simon was very didactic in his demonstration, its aim being to make us understand, through an accounting period unstoppable, that he does not see HSL project succeed.
Robert Claraco the research firm Robert CLARACO (firm paid and charged by UPS to write the arguments presented against the time that D validated by RFF) was in his speech in a transparent sincerity declaring loud and clear, first that his office had not been mandated to prepare an expert opinion or analysis, but an argument, and secondly by showing us by example that there was no reason that can be used to justify the construction of a TGV Sud-Ouest, well as evaluating existing routes were underutilized.
What about positioning and engagement of USV after this meeting?
